Kuih Lesong

Resepi yang my emak ajar time balik kampung hari itu.

Not so sure what the name this kuih but my mom said kuih lesong.

So i pun call lah Kuih Lesong

Punyalah gelak time emak cakap nak buat kuih lesong.

Tapi sedap tau. Tak lah so heavy to eat.

Buat pun so simple.

Kuih Lesong

BAHAN-BAHAN
2 cawan tepung pulut
Air masak secukupnya
Garam Secubit
1 cawan Santan kelapa pekat
1 cawan gula pasir
Daun pandan
Daun pisang

CARA MEMBUATNYA
1.Campurkan tepung pulut dangan air masak. Tepung jangan terlalu lembut just cukup untuk kita bentuk.
2.Tepung tadi ambil sedikit. Bentukkan bulat-bulat kemudia lepirkan dan buat lubang di tengah-tengah.
3.Alas mangkuk dengan daun pisang.
4. Letakkkan tepung yang telah dibentuk dalam mangkuk.
5. Tempat yang dilubangkan tadi diisi dengan gula pasir.
6.Campurkan santan pekat dengan secubit garam dan kemudian tuang ke dalam bekas kuih tadi.
7.Letak daun pandan yang diiris tadi dan kukus sehingga santan menjadi lebih pekat.
